Landlord Friendly is a simple compliance organiser for landlords in England who manage their own properties. It keeps certificates, documents and rent records in one place and reminds you before deadlines.
Can I use it yet?
Not yet. We are building the first release now. Join the early access list and we will invite you as soon as it is ready.
How much will it cost?
From £3 a month for one or two properties: £9 for 3–5, £15 for 6–10, £25 for 11–20 and £39 for 21–50. For more than 50 properties, get in touch.

Can you move my records across?
Yes. We will help you import records from spreadsheets, paper or another system for free.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It is being built for phones first, and you will be able to add it to your home screen like an app.
Will it make sure I am legally compliant?
No software can guarantee that. Landlord Friendly helps you stay organised and reminds you of deadlines, but you remain responsible for meeting your legal duties as a landlord.
