What we collect

When you join early access

Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, plus the answers you give about your properties, how you keep records now, what you'd find useful, and any comments.

When you contact us

Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the reason for contacting us, your preferred call-back time and your message.

Technical information

When you submit a form, we record your IP address alongside it to help prevent spam and abuse.

Visit counting

We count visits to our pages to see which guides are useful. This uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses. Each visitor is turned into a code that changes every day, so we can't recognise you from one day to the next. We also record the page visited, the website you came from, and whether you used a phone or a computer.

How we use it

Our lawful basis is your consent when you join the early access list, and our legitimate interests in replying to messages, improving the website and keeping it secure. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and every email we send tells you how.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it with the services we need to run this website:

How long we keep it

We use one essential cookie, which keeps our forms secure while you fill them in. It expires when you close your browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

When the software launches

Once Landlord Friendly is available, a separate privacy notice and data processing terms will explain how we handle the property, tenant and financial information you store in it.
